everytime i login it still says inactive account even though i already keep in my account th num, phone num, and id num for numerous times. please forgive this app, it is pretty much useless

Unfriendly apps, always need to login. Troublesome and limited usage.

What the heck? I wanted to withdraw my savings, but cannot everytime I tried!! It says that the amount is not sufficient which actually I'd like to withdraw less than what I have saved! What the heckkk?? I'm in need right now. Please fix it!
