Not user friendly especially for a person who wants to register an account & the process is too slow. I've waited for the TAC number too long. Then I can't apply it & have to contact the THCC. It also took a long time to explain the issue.

Please improve: 1. Fund transfer process. It's not user friendly. I just want to transfer into my TH account, why is it too confusing? just follow KWSP app for this. 2. Login. I already use biometric but it keeps asking me to enter my password. Then what is the point of the biometric?

Not a user friendly apps... u msging with their Hj Adam, but there is no feedback...upload document, but there is proof the uploaded doc, keep asking for renew password...THaji should remove their ITs devision..invest on ur apps, but apps very bad...
