What the heck? I wanted to withdraw my savings, but cannot everytime I tried!! It says that the amount is not sufficient which actually I'd like to withdraw less than what I have saved! What the heckkk?? I'm in need right now. Please fix it!

Not user friendly especially for a person who wants to register an account & the process is too slow. I've waited for the TAC number too long. Then I can't apply it & have to contact the THCC. It also took a long time to explain the issue.

this was not responding since many months. my account already activated. but it asked again to activate. I don't know the purpose of this apps
