Ratings and reviews

Confusing and inconvenient to use even for a fairly tech-savvy user. The direct debit should be more friendly and not misleading. I can't tranfer my money back and every transaction has a paywall hurdle. I feel sorry for senior citizens trying to navigate this app.

Keep asking to log in after each transaction. Navigation also not user friendly. Does not provide instructions for example to register favourite account. Annoying pop ups. You are blocked if you don't login in 2 months. Argh!!! Stupid apps. If only I have other options..

it doesn't make sense when you do a pindahan etelegrafik. after done transfer which it will take 3 days. you cannot see the detail of your transfer like which acc you transfer to. So we just wait and hope we input the right acc number. we want assurance that's why the transaction history exists. Please do better thijari.
