This app is utterly pointless. I've tried resetting my password multiple times, but I still can't log in. It just keeps saying there's an error. What's the use of an app that doesn't even let you access it? Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.

apps keep on asking me to update the profile. I've successfully update my profile as requested with message receive from 66300 confirming the profile has been updated but still cannot access my account. I've even update via the website and apps few times, clear cache and browser and unisntall and reinstall the apps . But still it keep on asking me to update my profile. Its really frustrated.

Just downloaded the app and registered. Done all the required steps but upon login first time, after entering id no. the security photo is not what has been chosen. (pic is not even in the selection and i have screenshot my selection).Tried multiple times restart, forgot login details etc still can't login. Can't find helpcentre/chatbot only general TH support phone no. that auto stop after long waiting. Any admin can solve this issue?
