When the moment arrives, open it, pick one of the natural message suggestions, and send it straight through WhatsApp.

Attent works in English and Dutch, supports all-day and specific times, and handles time zones and daylight saving correctly so your reminder lands exactly when you expect it. Message suggestions are generated thoughtfully and can be tailored per contact (so your Dutch grandmother gets a Dutch message and your French colleague gets a French one).
