Ratings and reviews

Browsing on the map is nice. Wish for English pages. Why are there rarely floor maps shown? Why does the app always start from top page, not remembering ones last state even if I just need to copy a text string from another app?

客服會掛我們電話，然後我是有成交的客戶，他們系統還顯示我沒有成交，11/15早上9：58打電話去給客服，客服根本不想服務客戶，我要求轉給主管，客服也不處理，最後客服做法是，假裝要幫我轉接其他分機，然後直接掛我電話。
