Meet to Open gives every friend a box.

Drop a note into a friend's box whenever you like — once it's in, even you can't read it again. The note opens on your friend's phone only when the two of you actually meet.

■ How it works
· Put notes in a friend's box — any time. You only see how many you've left.
· Pair face to face — open the app together nearby and you'll find each other. You choose the name you call them.
· Opens when you meet — notes a friend left for you open only while that friend is right beside you.
· The street — open the app to see nearby people who also have it open, standing on a pixel street. Tap someone to read their short public line.

■ No server, no account
Your notes and friend list stay on this phone. Notes travel over Bluetooth when you meet, locked so only the two of you can open them.

■ Safety
You can hide or report anyone's public line. Reports go to [e-mail].

Bluetooth and location permissions are used only to find nearby friends. Location is never stored or sent anywhere.

What’s new

Meeting alerts now come once a day per friend — only the first time you meet that day.
