Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely horrible. It never loads. When it does, it freezes. It's never accurate, I open it, it shows "armed" even though I know the alarm is not armed. After this latest update I keep getting 49+ notifications from my driveway and front door. It's not like I have any other choice to use it because they've removed keypads. I'm fed up with this app, when are we going to be provided with a legit update that works?

I would give this app a higher rating if not for the fact that it frequently signs off by itself. Other monitoring apps that I use do not do that, they keep their places and I get notifications even though they are in the background. I have uninstalled/reinstalled this app a few times just to make sure--still the same! It is very very annoying. Now, I have to constantly check to see if it is signed in, as I have no confidence in the app that it is doing its job!

Update nov 12 222: No longer shows complete history. I had an alarm event and tried to show the history in the app and it only shows part of it so I couldn't show the entire event. I mean it's good but it could be better. Can't see connected devices can't see login history. Things you might need in the event of a security break or someone being sketchy.
