About this app

FlowScan turns any phone into a warehouse terminal. Scan a barcode and the
right screen opens — receive stock, pick an order, log a quality check, or
confirm a delivery. No handheld scanner hardware to buy, no desktop to walk
back to.

Built for small and mid-sized operations that have outgrown spreadsheets but
do not want a six-figure WMS rollout.

HOW IT WORKS

FlowScan is a multi-tenant service. Your company gets its own workspace; the
records you create belong to your organization, not to us, and only your
members can see them. Administrators control who can do what.

The app needs an internet connection — stock levels are shared across your
whole team in real time, so it does not run offline.


PRICING

FlowScan is free to download. Paid workspaces are licensed per seat at RM5 per
active member per month, arranged directly with us and invoiced to your
company. There is no purchase inside the app.

What’s new

Ship picked orders: create a delivery after picking, and the order completes when it is delivered. Spot-check stock counts now let you choose items. Fixes buttons hidden behind the Android navigation bar, list filters, and screens that did not refresh after changes.
