You want it now. In a month you may not even remember why.

Reziste is a challenge you set yourself, one per urge: do not buy it for 30 days. You add the item, you write down why you want it, and you say whether you think you will hold. After that, one question a day. On day 30 you decide, and the app hands you back what you said on day one.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Start the challenge. Paste a product link or type it in by hand.
2. Hold, one day at a time. Thirty seconds, one question, a streak that builds.
3. Decide on day 30. The app scores how much you actually wanted it, across the whole month.

WHY IT WORKS

The research on impulse buying points the same way: most urges fade by themselves within days. The problem is not your willpower, it is the time you are never given. "Limited offer", "only 2 left": everything is built so that you decide in the first few hours.

Reziste forbids you nothing. It just gives the time back.
