[Key Features]
■ Sign Up
• You can apply for membership through the T-money Onda driver app. Your application will be approved after administrator verification.
• You must upload a photo of your taxi driver license, register an account, and complete training.
• If you have trouble signing up, please contact Customer Service (1644-0635).
■ Receiving Calls
• You can receive calls while the call is "Waiting."
• When dispatching a call, the driver has been determined to be the most suitable vehicle for the passenger. Be sure to "Accept the Call"!
• [Additional Benefits] If a mileage call appears upon accepting a call, you will earn additional mileage. Be sure to "Accept the Call"! ■ Passenger Boarding, Destination Arrival
[Meter-Linked Vehicles]
• Clicking the "Drive" or "Pay" button on the meter will automatically guide you to your destination and proceed to the payment process.
[Non-Meter-Linked Vehicles]
• Clicking the "Passenger Boarding" or "Arrival" button on your smartphone will automatically guide you to your destination and proceed to the payment process.
■ Automatic Payment
• For "Automatic Payment Call," press the "Pay" button on the meter after arriving at your destination. In meter-linked areas, the fare will automatically be transferred to your payment device or smartphone. (Tolls and surcharges must be entered in the fare field. In non-meter-linked areas, the fare must be entered.)
• Be sure to click the "Automatic Payment" button!
■ Trip History
• You can view the number of trips completed by the driver and their detailed information by period.
■ Notices
• You can check announcements and events.
■ Mileage Deposit History
• You can check your mileage deposit history and change your payment account information in the menu.
[App Access Permissions]
■ Users may grant the following required permissions for a smooth experience.
1. Location: Collect location information necessary for dispatching and navigation.
2. Phone: Verify membership and call passengers.
3. SMS: Send text messages to passengers.
4. Storage: Save driving history to your phone.
5. Draw over other apps: Receive calls and provide navigation while using other apps.
6. Camera: Take a photo of your taxi driver's license.
7. Bluetooth: Connect to the vehicle (only in Bluetooth service areas).
8. Foreground service permissions: Receive call information and use navigation.
