About this app

Thinkweb CRM puts your customer records in your pocket.

Most CRMs live on an office desktop. Most of the work doesn't. A call outcome, a
new lead, a receipt, a task finished on site — it gets written on the back of
something and typed up hours later, or it gets lost.

This is the mobile companion to the Thinkweb CRM web platform. Your live data,
wherever the work happens.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Contacts and companies
Search your whole customer list, open a record, and see the full history. Call,
text or email straight from the contact, then log what happened in one tap —
with a follow-up task if you need one.

Sales pipeline
See every deal by stage. Move one forward, update the value, record why one was
lost. The pipeline on your phone is the same pipeline your team sees on the web.

Invoices and quotes
Raise an invoice on site, add your line items, and email it to the customer
before you have left the driveway. Send a quote, convert an accepted one, and
record a payment when it arrives.

Tasks and calendar
See what is due today, complete a task in place, and create a new one against a
customer or a job.

Expenses and time
Photograph a receipt and log the expense against a job. Start a timer, or enter
hours after the fact.

Scan a business card
Photograph a card and create the contact from it, instead of retyping it in the
van.

Projects, tickets and files
Group work into projects, answer a support ticket, and attach photos and
documents to any record.

BUILT FOR PATCHY SIGNAL

Crews work where coverage is bad. The app keeps your recent data readable
offline, and changes you make without a connection are queued and sent when the
signal comes back — including if you close the app in between.

SECURE BY DEFAULT

Every query is scoped to your organisation by database-level security, so you
only ever see your own company's data. Your session is stored in the device
keychain, cached data is encrypted on the device, and you can lock the app
behind your fingerprint or face.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT

Thinkweb CRM is a business subscription. Accounts are created at
crm.thethinkweb.com, which starts a free trial — there is nothing to buy inside
this app. If your company already uses Thinkweb CRM, sign in with the account
your administrator gave you.

What’s new

Invoices, from the job site.

You can now create an invoice on your phone, add line items, and email it to your customer before you've left the driveway. Drafts stay editable until you send them.

• Change your name and password in Settings, without going to the web
• Tap an expense to see the receipt photo attached to it
• Larger accounts now see exact dashboard and report totals
