You can try one of the following methods:
1. Use your device's built-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.
2. Tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault)

What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mailbox), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.
If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:
1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page.
If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button on the System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).
2. Try to unlock and fail 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.
3. Tap the "Forgot" button and tap the "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

I lost all my files when i unhide everything. It just lost. I tried the find lost thing in the settings and deep search and it didn't recover even 1 file. Thanks for screwing all my data. I was considering paying to remove the ads but now I'm glad i didn't cause that means i would've paid this app to remove all my data. If i can i would give it - 5 stars

I bought the Pro version. Very good until I locked myself out of my phone. Had to do a factory reset but was sure, as I'd paid for Pro, my files were safety stored somewhere. No. When I tried to restore, nothing was there. The app kept telling me I had the Pro version and should log in using that. But how? There is no option to choose Pro. How do I log in to the Pro version?

best and favorite app for years! just a suggestion, there's lot of news and videos of people exposing disguised vault apps as a calculator, maybe you can add another icon features? like notes, calendar or other simple apps. love your app. thanks
