What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mailbox), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.
If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:
1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page.
2. Try to unlock and fail 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.
3. Tap the "Forgot" button and tap the "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

Been using this app for years. I have nothing but good words bec of its features. However, recently, I've found out that Im6 unable to unlock all folders for locked folders. I've completely forgot the password so I though doing it through the settings would work. I've been having this issue for a year now. Tried emailing the support on the app but no one responds to my email eversince. I might just end my subscription if this does not get resolved

Ad every 2 clicks makes the free version unusable and trash. So do not consider it as free. I have pop up full screen ads that need to wait 5-30 seconds every time to use the app. Every 2-3 clicks i get interupted with a full screen ad and need to watch it. Make it one time, not on every interaction of the app. It just break the functionality.

The app without ads is great. The reason for the 1 star is reaching out to the company to make changes to the email and phone # and crickets. I have sent multiple emails and no response. I paid for the lifetime access and I have no access whatsoever. Find another app
