Lahza Electric Taxi lets you book rides within Damascus and its surrounding countryside. Specify your pick-up and drop-off points, and see the route and fare before confirming your request. The price is per kilometer, not per hour.

How the ride works:
• Select your pick-up location or choose a location on the map.

• Select your destination by searching or on the map.

• Review the route, distance, and estimated fare, then confirm your request.

• Add a note for the driver if needed, such as the gate number or directions.

• After accepting the driver, track the car's approach live on the map until it arrives.

• Receive a notification when your ride is accepted and when the driver arrives.

• The driver's name and license plate number are displayed.

• Contact the driver if needed, or cancel the request if your plans change.

• After your trip, rate it and review your previous trips in your history.

Why Lahza? The fare is calculated based on distance only, so it appears before the car moves, and traffic doesn't affect the price. The driver arrives with their name and in an electric vehicle, which you can identify by its license plate number. The route remains visible from the moment you accept the ride until the car stops.

The app is available in Arabic and English. Register using your phone number, and you can change your name in the settings. The service is available in Damascus and Rural Damascus.
