Problematic app - consistent issues attempting to submit reports. One even disappeared, good I took a screenshot to show support. Hopefully they'll respond in 24hrs.

I just got a notification that the app needed to be updated. attempted to do so and am told my device isn't compatible w the app anymore????? what kind of device is needed?

This app is just the worst! & has caused me so many problems it is now irritating and extremely frustrating. Especially if you're relying on the app to make sure you are paid on time. It doesn't upload visits on time, it freezes, takes forever to upload visits, logs you out as soon as you try to log in it's Soo many glitches! I hate it. Please work on your app if you are going to continue to utilize it for businesses that get paid through your app. This is a reoccurring problem every month!
