This app crashes and freezes too often, and the in-app camera is severely off-centered. The "technical support" seems enept and helpless to fix the issues. After multiple complaints and their inability to improve the app performance, it's been getting even worse, and new problems with this app arise. Yet, their common response and "solution" for all problem fixing remains the same: it's to uninstall and install the app again, which doesn't help and the problems persist.

I just got a notification that the app needed to be updated. attempted to do so and am told my device isn't compatible w the app anymore????? what kind of device is needed?

Problematic app - consistent issues attempting to submit reports. One even disappeared, good I took a screenshot to show support. Hopefully they'll respond in 24hrs.
