We live 30 minutes away from Thirst. We pass multiple drink shops to go to this one. When you use the app to order treats, and go all the way down to pick them up and they are out of stock...it is annoying. They charge your card for it, and don't deliver. I don't want a substitution, I want what I ordered or I wouldn't drive 30 minutes.

I come here quite often. It has been my #1 choice of drink places for a while. Unfortunately, im about ready to switch unless the extremely slow pace of the app is fixed. It will take me 10-15 minutes to place an online order due mostly to just sitting and waiting for it to go the next screen.

Genuinely one of the worst performing apps I think I've ever seen. The page with all food and drink options runs a about 5 frames per second. It's INCREDIBLY laggy, which makes it near impossible to use. Don't bother downloading, it will only frustrate you.
