We live 30 minutes away from Thirst. We pass multiple drink shops to go to this one. When you use the app to order treats, and go all the way down to pick them up and they are out of stock...it is annoying. They charge your card for it, and don't deliver. I don't want a substitution, I want what I ordered or I wouldn't drive 30 minutes.

Unable to log in using phone # on app. Screen pops up but doesn't allow for any numbers to be entered. Pixel 10 Pro XL

The location on 1300 south use to be alright but recently I had ordered 2 drinks that were the same. Sprite with strawberry puree and whatever other strawberry flavoring they had. When I tasted it, it had a little bit of a strawberry taste to it and that was it. It wasn't worth the almost $5 I paid for each one. I went back to complain about it but the line wasn't worth waiting in to do it. So I thought I would just complain on here about the over charged semi carbonated water I got from them
