Btc app, is OK and require improvements, ASAP 1. The feature to top up and Add a data plan to another cellphone does not work. 2. The history of all cell phone transactions are not available. Sign, On behalf of Myself and Bahamian customers

It's totally pathetic that for many months now, there is no option to view and download your bills like used to be possible. Very, very poor.

The old app was down for a while & I got no notice saying there was to be an ungrade or an outage. (No issues before that) 😡 One mind said to uninstall & reinstall. Voila! 💥 Works like a charm, easy to use thus far...way to go BTC! Proud of yinna! We still a little archaic but it's all gravy. 🙃
