The old app was down for a while & I got no notice saying there was to be an ungrade or an outage. (No issues before that) 😡 One mind said to uninstall & reinstall. Voila! 💥 Works like a charm, easy to use thus far...way to go BTC! Proud of yinna! We still a little archaic but it's all gravy. 🙃

How do i put 0 stars?! This updated App lacks vital customer information that was included in the old app. For example, it doesn't show details about data usage, sms usage/balance or balances for calls. It appears that they only want to get paid as the only information available is bills and payment options

The app has been down for weeks and I'm guessing it's because of the updates you guys decided to make (without notice of course). I had to uninstall then reinstall the app to access the new update. Now, the app is vague, disorganized, and far less informative than the previous. Please revert because this update is poo!
