About this app

Thispatch is field task management for organisations that dispatch mobile
units. A dispatch centre assigns the work, and field staff receive, execute
and report it in the app.

Everything a field professional needs for the tasks assigned to them:

• Task queue and today's agenda — upcoming tasks, schedules and SLA deadlines
at a glance
• Accept tasks or claim them from your team's queue, and progress them through
your organisation's workflow
• Customer details on the task: contacts, phone numbers, address, key-holder
information and notes
• Attach photos and a completion report; insert predefined phrases with one tap
• Visit history: earlier visits, notes and reports for the same customer
• Clock in to your unit — your position is reported to dispatch only while on
shift
• Push notifications for new tasks and escalations
• NFC: quick app unlock and installed-equipment identification

Thispatch is for professional use. Signing in requires an account provisioned
by your organisation — there is no public registration.
