The app is terrible now! I haven't been able to open it since it updated, even after uninstall and reinstall. I'm also really not happy with the new online banking layout, there are pie charts that tell me how much I spent but doesn't break it down to I can see what purchases are what and I can't catagotize bills that it doesn't recognize so none of that data helps me.

Hi Nessa, We want to help you troubleshoot the issue with your app. Can you call us at 860.283.1874? For the spending tracking, you can click on the different colors of the chart to see what category your spending came from. You can breakdown and add to the categories in the transaction section under the iFi tab.

I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this app. It has the old log on and when I try to log in it says error. When I uninstall and reinstall it shows the right log in set up and accepts my info. It's very annoying /frustrating. Never had a problem with the other app. Prior to realizing I could fix it by reinstalling the app I was going to the bank because I'd lock myself out not realizing it was a different set up.

My app is stuck on the loading screen trying to login. It happened after trying to login after a session times out. I have tried deleting the cache, data, uninstalling, restarting, then re-downloading and it still is stuck. I don't get it.
