Ratings and reviews

Would be nice if it worked. Simple design, easy to use, but good lord I have never had another Bluetooth product that was less reliable than this one. Probably 9 times out of 10 I'll have "trouble connecting" and have to choose between giving up on the app or going over to unplug and replug the bassinet while my baby is sleeping in it (interrupting the movement, hoping it doesn't wake him up).

Connection is very unstable. Swing connects to the wifi with complete success, but it is useless as you can't control the device with wifi only bluetooth. Bluetooth disconnects within an hour, and I have to unplug the device to reset the Bluetooth connection. Maybe add the ability to control the device from wifi.

Regularly crashes. Won't consistently connect via Bluetooth without unplugging and plugging back in the swing. Can't figure out how to stream music from phone to the unit despite it being an advertised feature (and based on developers' page, it appears this feature is broken). For a premium-priced product it should work flawlessly, and certainly not filled with bugs.
