Send your card directly to the recipient, or to yourself to send on later. Order before 6pm (Monday-Friday) and we’ll send your card that same day via Royal Mail First Class post.

Unless I log in first, which I often forget, I go through the whole process to find a decent card out of the many mediocre ones, write it, then lose everything from my basket when I try to log in but need to reset my password, because it doesn't work in a way that's helpful to people to add that basket item to the user when they know who's logging in! Curse you thoughtless people!

Thortful app is not consistent when making payments. Too often receive an error message and have to start again. Also, the text and numerals often overlay each other making the words and the price difficult to read. It is almost as if the app was not created for Android originally and has been adapted from a different operating system.

website says if I download app I get 20% off first order. go through the process and then it says code doesn't work. I repeat this is from their own website not some dodgy code website. waste of time and very shady as I'm sure some people won't bother and just pay the full price when they were promised 20% off. please fix your messaging as it is very misleading
