About this app

Contractor Diary is the simple, reliable site diary built for tradespeople and contractors who need a clear record of every job.

Stop scribbling notes on scraps of paper or losing photos in your camera roll. Log each visit as you go — what you did, how long it took, and photo evidence — all organised by job and site.

WHY CONTRACTORS USE IT
✓ Quick daily entries — log notes, hours and photos in under a minute per job
✓ Photo evidence, timestamped — before/after shots attached directly to the job record
✓ Organised by site — every entry filed against the right job or client
✓ Hours at a glance — see time spent per job, per week, or per client
✓ Export for clients & disputes — generate a clean PDF diary for invoicing, variations, or if a job is ever queried

WHO IT'S FOR
Builders, electricians, plumbers, groundworkers, and any contractor who needs an honest, dated record of what happened on site and when.

Keep a proper diary without the paperwork. Download Contractor Diary and start logging your first job today.
