Using Android’s built-in VpnService, the app securely routes approved connections through the organization’s defined access policies without requiring traditional inbound firewall access or complex VPN infrastructure. IT teams can quickly deploy secure access controls, approve managed devices, and create granular policies for cloud resources without disrupting the user experience. Users connect seamlessly, while unauthorized devices and suspicious access attempts are automatically blocked.

By tying cloud access to verified devices and controlled pathways, ThreatLocker helps reduce the risk of phishing, session hijacking, unauthorized access, and lateral movement. The platform also supports organizations working toward security and compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, NIST, and FIPS-aligned environments.
