Adda has been a big disappointment for long for my society. Their customer service is ridiculous, non-responsive even after weeks of lodging requests. Request for resolution of simple issues such as Trial balance generation issues are not getting responded for 10 days. They might be misusing their position once the advance payment is done for a year. I will not recommend their services to any housing society.

Unable to get the visitor's ringing notifications. even all the necessary permissions are allowed. Even re-installed app. didnt help.

useless and third rate app. only purpose of this app is to collect and steal our data and may be sell it to third party for profits. in this app, the user is the product.
