I installed this app successfully on my phone, but when I click to open, it just hangs. It doesn't even go beyond the blue screen and also, I've uninstalled/installed it 4 times already but with no change in the result. And even shared the app from another phone to check whether the download in my phone is complete or not, but still the same result. It just doesn't open. Thus giving only 2 stars. Need a resolution to the problem because there is no email id where I can send this problem.

Edit : No improvement even after 6 months. No pre approved entries are visible to guard. Approval through app only is accepted and approval over call is considered declined. Then what is the use of this app. I don't know the glitch, but this app is not working properly. Security guards are not able to send me notification,I am not able to connect with security desk. Not sure why it's not as simple as other competitive apps. Highly disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Inferior to many out there. No notification appearing on my new phone, no leave at gate option available. Call gaurd not available. Update: Notifications are fixed in the new update, developers are keen to support.
