Permissionality is a private, local-only Android app permission inspector. Browse app permissions, see current grant and supported special-access states, monitor meaningful changes with Permission Radar, and create detailed PDF reports - all without giving Permissionality internet access.

SEE APP PERMISSIONS CLEARLY
• Inspect user and system apps Android allows Permissionality to see.
• View requested permissions and whether Android currently reports them as granted, not granted, or supported special access.
• See plain-language descriptions alongside raw Android permission names.
• Review Android protection classes including Normal, Dangerous, Signature, and Internal.
• Identify runtime permissions, special access, and custom or OEM permissions.
• Browse both ways: open an app to see its permissions, or open a permission to see which apps request it.
• Search and sort apps by name, package, install source, and permission counts.

PERMISSION RADAR
Permission Radar compares on-device snapshots and creates a local report when meaningful permission-related state changes.

Radar can detect:
• A requested permission was added
• A requested permission was removed
• A conventional grant state changed
• Supported special access changed
• An app was removed from the device

Choose an approximate background check interval, enable optional notifications, and keep a local Radar history. Android controls background scheduling, so checks may run later because of battery optimization, Doze, or device-specific scheduling.

For apps that are still installed, tap a Radar report to open that app's permission details.

EXPORT PDF REPORTS
Create branded PDF reports directly on your device.

App permission PDFs can include app information, requested and granted counts, permission status, protection class, special access, custom/OEM markers, and available permission descriptions.

Radar PDFs can include your locally stored permission-change history and the changes recorded in each report.

PDFs are generated locally and shared only when you choose Android's system share sheet. Permissionality does not upload reports to a server.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Permissionality is local-only by architecture:

• No INTERNET permission
• No account or sign-in
• No cloud database or sync
• No analytics or tracking SDKs
• No advertising SDKs
• App inventory, permission state, Radar history, and settings stay on your device

Because Permissionality has no network capability, your permission data cannot be uploaded by the app.

CLEAR INFORMATION, NOT SCARE TACTICS
Permissionality reports what Android exposes without labeling apps safe, unsafe, or malicious. Android's “Dangerous” label is a permission protection class, not a verdict about an app.

Permissionality is a read-only permission checker and inspector. It helps you understand Android app permissions and changes over time; it does not modify permissions or replace Android's built-in permission manager.
