Inlay system

The system enables simple, smart and convenient management of an array of hundreds of staff and a large number of positions

Permissions:
* Each role receives a different value based on the permissions given to it, for example: editing, viewing, restricted access, etc.

* Each employee can hold a number of positions that each position has different privileges, and the same employee will hold all the privileges that the different positions give him

Inlay statuses:
Inlays go through a number of statuses that affect the holders of the various permissions.

Pending approval:
Placement awaiting distribution approval by a senior manager

Distributed and open for exchanges:
All license holders can see a distributed deployment, its content depends on the deployment, as well as dynamic exchanges that will eventually require administrator approval

Distributed and closed for exchanges:
Closing an exchange option for a distributed inlay

archives:
Archiving inlays, and viewing / editing them is subject to permission

Exchange system:
Employees may request replacements from other employees in designated areas that are appropriate for the position in which they are employed (or one of them).
Once an employee has received a replacement request, and approved it, a manager will be able to decide whether to approve the replacement, when eventually the replacement will be dynamic for everyone at the same time.

Push alerts:
* When an inlay is distributed, only those who appear in the inlay will be notified that the inlay has been distributed and its location in the inlay

* When an inlay is locked for replacement, an appropriate push alert will be sent

* When an assignment is pending approval of a distribution manager, an administrator will receive a push that there is an assignment awaiting approval

* When replacement requests are made, employees receive a push notification for request / rejection / replacement confirmation, rejection / approval by a manager or manager who has replacement requests awaiting approval will receive appropriate push notifications

Security and compartmentalization:
Only those with the appropriate privileges are allowed to access relevant information, or view certain information
For example:
* Holders of limited privileges cannot view a placement in which they do not appear

* Holders with limited permission will not be able to view areas irrelevant within an inlay when an inlay is locked for replacement

* Editors or edit permissions when embedded in the same inline may make changes accordingly, and push notifications will be sent to the appropriate permissions holders

* A user who connects from another device will be disconnected from the other devices he was connected to, so there will be no access to an unauthorized person

* Generating / changing passwords and usernames by system administrators with appropriate privileges

* Possibility to suspend users, and when they connect they will receive a suspension notification

* Make a call and send WhatsApp directly from within the inlay itself for the convenience of managing the shift from within the inlay

simplicity:
Despite the multiplicity of features, each role holder watches and can access only what his role permissions allow him, thus maintaining minimalism and simplicity even for those who have difficulty using technological systems
