This app is absolutely horrific. The app is very difficult to get connection on, and I struggle to access it many times. Also, the fastpass system is broken. Far too many people are able to purchase them leading to up to an hour queue even if you have one. Me and my family where very disgruntled when we bought a fastpass and had to still queue for ages. Also, the in app queue times are very innaccurate. I waited double the projected time on the app. Overall it is just awful.

i didnt have any signal while in the park like i useally do this year, so the queue times never worked, im with o2, but two of us were with EE and Vodaphone and theres work, sometimes a bit slow but worked. dont know if you can improve that with the phone companies coz its never been a problem before. apart from that, it works great

Worked last year, opened it again and just sticks on the 'do you want to switch on bluetooth' screen. No way to scroll down to say yes or no. No way to proceed. Cache cleared and reinstalled to no avail.
