The app was helpful when I first downloaded it, but now it doesn't even show my cat on my profile. Every time I open the app it gives some sort of error that I don't understand (seems to be related to the programming based on the weird characters in the error). It also never shows my partner as a co-manager of the account despite my adding her several times. Also, whenever we take our cat to a Thrive location they never have us registered as members despite us paying monthly. Please fix.

Everything works as it should honestly the only complaint I have is that the photos you upload become low quality. Other than that everything is great! I have multiple pets on my account and it makes it a lot easier to see what they're due for instead of having to call or look through my receipts! My mom also has the app and it's great so she can book appointments whenever I'm not available to bring any of them in.

*Update 7/31/22* Was able to sign up and use the app really well to access making appointments, invoices and past vaccinations. Even though Thrive is now Vetco, I can still use this app to make appointments. It's been working great since my issues were fixed. Can't Sign Up. Getting my puppy soon and trying to sign up and become a member. It send a link to my email, but when I open it and click on the link nothing happens. If there was an update, then it didn't help this login/sign up issue.
