The app was helpful when I first downloaded it, but now it doesn't even show my cat on my profile. Every time I open the app it gives some sort of error that I don't understand (seems to be related to the programming based on the weird characters in the error). It also never shows my partner as a co-manager of the account despite my adding her several times. Also, whenever we take our cat to a Thrive location they never have us registered as members despite us paying monthly. Please fix.

The app doesn't let you do anything until you pick a primary clinic. Catch to this is that my clinic doesn't come up (even if I zoom into the location it is at), despite it being a thrive clinic AND being on the thrive website. So I can't use the app at all! Would love if they could fix it. Yes it's been updated Yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x.

*Update 7/31/22* Was able to sign up and use the app really well to access making appointments, invoices and past vaccinations. Even though Thrive is now Vetco, I can still use this app to make appointments. It's been working great since my issues were fixed. Can't Sign Up. Getting my puppy soon and trying to sign up and become a member. It send a link to my email, but when I open it and click on the link nothing happens. If there was an update, then it didn't help this login/sign up issue.
