Worst ever! The phone's specs are not bad for a free phone, but it blocks every single thing I want to do, down to and including a factory reset! More than a quarter of its storage is taken up by unwanted apps I can't uninstall and the phone has messages and VMs not for me. There is no option to transfer apps from my old phone to this one. One of the unwanted apps makes reference to a weekly check-in -- I'm not putting up with any of this. Thrive Mobile must suppose its customers idiots!

stop hijacking space! send ads and let me choose my apps instead of forcing downloads. and don't add required apps in install count like we chose all twelve taking up MBs ☹️ now this is backup as id rather pay to have preference

My phone coverage data talk and text is covered every month through my Arizona state health insurance coverage. So no complaints!
