User accounts and fancy tech lockouts for a "public" restroom? Absolutely insulting! Couldn't even get the app to work without wifi, and was stuck outside. When someone was kind enough to hold the door for me, an alarm went off about "unauthorized usage"! This isn't a utility, it's a slap in the face from silicon valley that does nothing to address the stink of urine in station elevators. I've felt more dignity peeing in bushes...

Very clean and you virtually don't touch anything while using it, everything is done through just a wave of the hand over the sensors; whether it's to flush, dispense soap & wash your hands and even opening the door to exit. I didn't have any issues with scanning the QR code that was located outside of the booth to use and enter the Throne booth and didn't have any problems while exiting either after I had finished using it. Creating an account was super easy too. Would use it again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
