absolute trash. this app has singlehandedly destroyed my phone's battery. i have to plug my phone 3 times a day to just keep it barely above dead. the app crashed about 50 times a day, updating me each time, despite me not using it at all. And when i do try to use the app, it will decide to not connect to wifi, place my GPS on the other side of the world, and only stay open for a minute before deciding to delete any information ive entered and shut down the app, forcing me to restart it.

Hi Cascadia, apologies for the inconvenience you've described. This sounds very unusual as you're partly describing the app not setup to work, but suggest it's destroying battery - which no app can do if not working. The GPS is not working properly. I am at my office and the app currently shows me at my home, 10 miles away?! No customer service or contact information in the application? I would not recommend using this application.

Hi there, please check your maps app too as the location SaferMe shows is the location the device shares with us. It sounds like that hasn't updated since you left home.
