HAROMAIN is a Hajj and Umrah travel management application designed to facilitate communication and coordination between travel agents, guides, and pilgrims throughout the pilgrimage.

📍 Real-Time Location Tracking (Key Feature)

The HAROMAIN application uses Foreground Services to track the real-time location of field officers and guides. This feature is central to the pilgrim management system because:

Supervisors and travel coordinators need accurate position information for guides/officers to ensure the safety of all pilgrims at places of worship (Masjid al-Haram, Masjid al-Nabawi, and other pilgrimage sites).
When tracking is active, a persistent notification appears in the device's status bar — users can see that the service is running and can stop it at any time.
The tracking service is only active during a user-defined task session and automatically stops after the session is over.
Without this service, supervisors cannot monitor the position of guides as they move through crowded areas, making effective pilgrim coordination impossible.

Users manually activate tracking via a button within the app.
A persistent notification always appears in the status bar while the service is active — users always know it's running.
Users can stop the service at any time via a notification or button within the app.
The app never activates tracking without the user's knowledge.
