About this app

Tibiaan Supplier is the mobile portal for vendors working with Tibiaan Properties. Everything the web portal does, built for the phone you already carry to site.

Work orders — See every order assigned to you, filter by status, and open one to find its documents, quotation and completion certificate, and the full conversation with the property team.

Quotations (RFQs) — Work through a request step by step: record the tenant appointment, add your line items and prices, capture the site photos required before submission, and submit when the checklist is complete. A readiness panel shows exactly what is still missing, and the response deadline is on screen with the time remaining.

Inspections — Upload the inspection and completion reports, record water and electricity meter readings with photos, price the work items, then send for approval and complete — the same steps as the portal.

Invoice upload — Submit work order, inspection and project invoices as PDFs, with the invoice number, date and remarks.

Conversation on every job — Message the property team against a specific work order, RFQ or inspection, with attachments, so nothing is lost in email.
