About the coins

They arrive assay-certified, in a sealed tamper-proof pack with a certificate of authenticity. Whoever is named on the order signs for it with photo ID. We'd rather that than gold left at a doorstep.

Your account, locked down

Signing in always needs an OTP. Past that, set an MPIN and approve with your fingerprint or face.

Selling, ordering a delivery, and adding or changing a bank account all need approval. Buying doesn't — it only ever adds gold to your account, so we don't make you jump through a hoop for it.

There's a security log in the app listing every approval and every failed attempt. If something happens that wasn't you, you'll see it there.

We will never ask for your MPIN, an OTP, your UPI PIN or your card CVV. Not on a call, not by email, not in chat. Anyone who does isn't us.

Prices move, and they can fall. The buy rate always sits a little above the sell rate, so gold sold straight after buying will fetch less than you paid, even if nothing has happened in the market. And your metal is held by Augmont and its custodian, which means you're relying on that chain.
