About this app

Ticketero Scanner is the access control app for venue staff and organizers who sell tickets through Ticketero BoxOffice.

What you can do:
• Scan QR codes for tickets in less than a second, with visual, audible, and haptic feedback.

• Instantly detect tickets that have been used, are invalid, canceled, or are from a different event or date.

• Record entries and validations by gate.

• Continue operating offline: the app downloads event tickets and syncs scans when the network connection is restored.

• Manually search for tickets when the code cannot be read.

• View shift statistics in real time.

An operator account is required. Accounts are created and managed by the event organizer through the Ticketero web panel; the app does not allow registration.

Data is stored encrypted on the device and transmitted over a secure connection.
