How does it work?

1. Browse the schedule and select the event and section you want.

2. Make your payment securely through Stripe.

3. Receive confirmation of your purchase and track it in the app.

4. The ticket is transferred through the official app of the corresponding ticketing company, usually within a maximum of 1 day.

On TicketGoMx you can:

• Check your purchases and the transfer status.

• Receive notifications of payments, transfers, and important updates.

• Request support and track your reports.

• Request refunds according to the applicable terms.

• Manage your data and request account deletion.

TicketGoMx operates as a secondary ticket marketplace. Prices may vary from the face value depending on availability, zone, and type of event. Availability is subject to the published inventory.
