About this app

TicketHawk Studio is the companion app for event organisers and door staff using TicketHawk, South Africa's event ticketing platform.

SCAN AT THE DOOR
Point your phone at a ticket and you're done. Studio validates the rotating QR instantly and tells you clearly whether the person walks in including if a ticket has already been used.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Venues have bad reception. Studio downloads your guest list before doors open and keeps scanning whether or not you have a connection, then syncs every scan the moment you're back online. Multiple scanners on the same gate stay in step with each other.

YOUR DOOR TEAM, NO EXTRA ACCOUNTS
Send your staff a join code. They enter it in Studio and can scan tickets for that event only no access to your sales, your payouts or your other events. Remove them when the night is over.

SEE SALES AS THEY HAPPEN
Track tickets sold, revenue and attendance from your phone. Check how a release is moving without opening a laptop.

Working the door? You don't need an organiser account. Just a join code from the organiser.
