The Ticketmatic app is the official wallet app for venues that use Ticketmatic.

After purchase, your tickets are immediately available in the app. There's no need to download or print tickets. Tickets in the Ticketmatic app are guaranteed to be valid, eliminating the risk of fake tickets. When purchasing multiple tickets, you can easily forward them to other people.

The organizer can add information to your ticket, making it function as a program booklet. You stay informed of relevant updates.

You can view and manage your personal information yourself. Your complete order history is also available.

Bought tickets and installed app. Keeps on showing name of my partner even though going to my email. Trying to reset doesn't work as apparently 'account unkown' and no way to set up new account. Rubbish UX, certainly for something that isn't already that useful to start with. Edit: almost 2 years later and the app is still as bad. That takes effort, I'm disappointed I can't give this app less stars.

Got a ticket, valid for either saterday or sunday. When standing at the entrance, I open the app, see the ticket very briefly before it vanishes into thin air. No ticket. Luckily, I did have the ticket by email too. So, Into the bin this app. Never again. Stick to email if you want to be able to show your ticket to get in.

What’s new

Your screen now automatically brightens when scanning ticket barcodes. There's a new button to add an event to your calendar. We've also added support for Android 17 and fixed several bugs to improve overall stability.
