Disconnect usb storage...lg g4. The last one I had of yours worked great, don't know what's up but it won't let me open the app. When you get it fixed, I will change my review accordingly. Update: new phone Google Pixel 4A And the same error message comes through. There is no USB storage on this phone. I'm beginning to think that this app is nothing but a waste of time going through the recent reviews and they all say the same exact thing. Why don't you just fix your app instead!

July 15 2020 Got new phone and would not work but kept trying to solve issues with company and finely got working. I find this app 1 of the best to use . I am a captain on a tug boat. Dec 18 2022 I have just had an update on my phone and the app stopped working. Tried to reinstall but app just doesn't open. This app when working is 1 of the best I have seen

App won't open ask to disconnect from pc and something about unplugging a usb ! I'm not on either ? And update I have contacted you via the provided email and you sent me a email to reply to the email I alraedy asked for help on so pretty useless app and support if it don't work on a new phone.
