Early on, the entire craft business gathers in one place: the case, the team and the money. From the first contact to the paid invoice.
Messages, photos, time, materials, tasks and notes are attached to the case. When the work is registered, the invoice is almost done.
Capture the work directly from the site
• Check in and out of the case, and register hours with start, end and break.
• Take photos, sign them, and set the category: quality, progress, error or receipt.
• Write materials on the case with quantity and unit, so nothing goes wrong when the invoice is made.
• Scan receipts as expenses, instead of crumpled vouchers in the car.
• Fill out KS reports on site with photo documentation, and turn a deviation into a task on the case.
• Continue working in case of poor connection, and synchronize when the network is back.
Write together on the case
• The team writes together in the thread of the case. Photos, time and materials are entered as fixed registrations, not loose chatter.
• Send pictures and voice messages, reply to messages and react as you know it from your private messages.
Keep the plan
• See the day's and week's plan for yourself and your team.
• Tasks with a responsible person and deadline, so everyone knows what's missing on the case. Start the task, and report it finished when the work is done.
Quotes and invoices
• Write quotes on the go and send them as a nice PDF with your logo.
• Approved hours and delivered materials are collected to form the invoice basis.
• The customer opens the quote and invoice via a link, without logging in.
• Mark the invoice as paid when the money has been received.
Work together with others
• Invite a subcontractor to one case. They can write on the case, post photos and see the tasks, but not see prices, finances or your other cases.
No monitoring
• Early has no background GPS and no hidden tracking. Location is only used when you check in or out on the case yourself.

• Connect with Dinero, Billy or e-conomic. Tidlig is before the accounting and keeps the foundation in order.
