there are a ton of glitches in my app. Maps sometimes brings me to the wrong location, or theres no number to reach the clients. they also don't honor my rates when I do 4 hour cleans.

This app is only for if u already HAVE clients, so u can keep track of them, THEN & only then, can u can add more! I was wondering y it said it couldnt do a background check, so I emailed them. No background check till u get some clients ON YOUR OWN then they will pay 4 your background check, and no one can see your add NOR can u search for clients until then! What a waste!

Tidy locked me out of my account saying I had two no shows when I only had two customers scheduled the first one I wasn't even late for and their system automatically locked me out. I couldn't even get the customers directions couldn't notify I was on my way. Their system has some kind of glitch somewhere causing the customer inconvenience and the pro losing pay for that day. I couldn't even get any immediate contact thru the tidy app.
