TRIAGE YOUR SHARED INBOX
- Read and search conversations across connected email accounts
- Switch between Inbox, Drafts, and Archived
- Review complete drafts and attachments before sending
- Send or delete drafts, with an option to undo a send
- Archive or mark conversations read with a swipe
- Continue from cached conversations when connectivity is limited

CREATE, UPDATE, AND COMPLETE JOBS
- Create a job with its client, status, assignees, and notes
- Search and filter jobs by status, assignee, client, due date, and tags
- Change status, assignees, title, and description as work moves
- Complete a job from the list or detail screen
- Choose whether to complete open subtasks, then undo if needed
