I'm incredibly disappointed with this app. It used to work well, but now it's practically useless. I can't view purchase tickets or access any information about my account. Nothing functions as it should! The app is an update but doesn't link to my account correctly. It claims to send a password update to my email, but the email never arrives. Adding to the frustration, no technical support or customer service is available. They spam my email daily with ads yet fail to fix glitches.

Utterly useless! App used to work but an update broke it and I can no longer log in. It keeps saying the username or password is incorrect and when you use the "forgot password" function you get "an error occurred" message. But when I log in on their website it's perfectly fine but even their website is buggy. They need to hire new, competent app and website programmers. App is now just a piece of horse manure. UPDATE: As of 11/10/18 the app is still broken. Can't use it to login. Have to use their web site.

App is Good. Highly and very useful when needed. So easy to navigate throughout the website. Display page and layout is simple and clean with detailed movie information such as locations, showing times and movie descriptions and other movie events. Rewards section in the App, love how it shows the status of my points..BUT.. PLEASE add a section to where we can add movie tickets towards to points when not able to buy online or when rewards card is not present at the time of purchase. Aloha!
