Horrible app! I had gotten this at a different arcade and loved the NFC option. Now I'm at a usual family haunt and had to sign in again. The leftover credits from the first place are gone - i want my money back! It's only been a couple of months. In addition, the screen keeps flashing quickly each time I log in. I've just reinstalled. We'll see if it works. I wish this were better since it seems to be the new norm. Big thumbs down, zero stars.

They literally stole 15€ from me. Tried to pay with a credit card, they declined it three times. Three days later I get charged 15€ but no tickets are added in the App. Wrote to the support but they ignored me. This App is a scam, don't use it and don't buy anything on it.

I'm not use to write app reviews, but this one is really great app with an AWESOME customer service. I used it in Ceadar Point arcade, OH. It was a real fun to play the games, win and redem tickets and more using only my phone. I will definitely use in the next arcade with that system!
