"Hagumii" is a tool for continuing co-parenting (joint custody) after divorce or separation, month by month.

The initial agreement is the work of discussions, mediation, and professionals. Hagumii takes on the role of managing the monthly arrangements that follow.

■ Main Features

【Visitation scheduling can be completed entirely within the app】
When you suggest "How about this day?", it will appear on the other person's screen. The other person can either accept it as is or change the details and suggest a return proposal.
The history of changes to the date, time, and location is recorded in the exchange history. No phone calls or messages are necessary.

[Choose a polite phrase from the examples for when it's difficult to decline]
We provide examples of phrases that are less likely to cause offense when declining or when there is a difference in understanding.
"I have a child's schedule that day, so it will be difficult. I would be happy if we could discuss another day."
You can send this kind of message as is, or rewrite it. You don't have to think of emotionally charged sentences every time.

[Receive a reminder before the visit]
You will receive a notification as the visitation date approaches. This reduces the chances of forgetting or needing to contact them at the last minute for confirmation.

[Child support is recorded with mutual understanding]
You can record monthly child support payments and see at a glance whether they have been paid or not.
The system works by having the payer "record the transfer" and the recipient "confirm" it, so it doesn't favor one person's perspective.
You can use it to accumulate the amount agreed upon in mediation or a notarized agreement as a monthly record.
The record can be exported in CSV format. It can be opened directly in Excel or Google Sheets. [Can be used even if the other party hasn't joined yet]
You can proceed with scheduling visitation and recording child support payments on your own until the other party accepts the invitation.
When the other party joins later, the information up to that point will be shared as is.

[Connect without exchanging contact information]
There is no need to register the other party's phone number or email address in the app.
Simply share the 8-digit invitation code (valid for 7 days) to connect.

[Saved to the cloud]
The information you enter is saved to the cloud, and you can continue without interruption by logging in on a different device or changing phones.

■ Regarding the legal revisions in April 2026

On April 1, 2026, the revised Civil Code, including joint custody, came into effect. Parents can now choose between joint custody and sole custody through agreement.
In addition, the format of the divorce registration form has changed, and a new section has been added to indicate whether arrangements have been made regarding parent-child contact (visitation) and child support payments.
For those who have made arrangements, and those who will make them, there is a period of time afterward to consider "how to manage it each month." Hagumi is a tool for managing your monthly finances.

There is no usage fee. No ads are displayed within the app. There are no in-app purchases.

We do not restrict features to encourage users to purchase a paid version.

■ Privacy

We do not access your location, contacts, or photos. We do not collect identifiers for advertising purposes.
The information you enter is protected so that only you and those you invite can see it.
You can completely delete your account and data from within the app at any time.

Q. I'm not sure if my partner will install the app.
A. You can use the app alone to schedule visits and record child support payments until your partner joins. When your partner joins later, the previous information will be shared.

Q. Will the other person know my phone number or email address?
A. There is no mechanism for exchanging contact information within the app. Only an 8-digit invitation code is used to connect.

Q. Can I review decisions made later?
A. The entire process, from proposal to approval, is recorded. Both parties can see who proposed what, when, and when it was approved, on the same screen.

Q. We haven't reached an agreement yet. Can I use it?
A. Reaching a decision is your responsibility. Hugmii is a tool for continuing after an agreement has been reached, so it's not suitable for families who haven't reached an agreement.
