This app used to be fantastic but recently it has had so many glitches. My favourites list hasn't worked for awhile, but even the basket isn't working correctly now. Keeps saying can't load try later. App is generally also much slower despite it being up to date version etc. Not great when you're trying to make purchases! I'm a regular New Look shopper with a delivery pass, but these problems are becoming increasingly frustrating. Please look into fixes New Look!

Echoing what everyone else is saying on here, I love New Look and am a delivery pass holder. However the app has so many glitches, the favourites list barely works, the basket doesn't load. When you try to pay it buffers constantly or when you think the payment has worked it just refreshes the page. This has got to be fixed, it's been like this far too long.

Just downloaded it, about to delete it. Not responsive, just seems to want to show reels/stories. No proper menu just flits between screens, one of the worst apps I've used. Tried to click on sale, nope...couldn't do that, just moves forward to next screen new season, very frustrating.
