It's terrible. I've never once used it without there being a problem. Usually issues with filters, it just clearing your wishlist. And there is always a problem at payment stage. I've lost count of the amount of times I've added all payment details etc for a purchase or refund then it's just crashed and done nothing. The fee to return and the fact that it makes you go through the whole rigmarole of seeing FAQs before returning rather than having a simple button to click genuinely puts me off

The app is convenient and well designed although there are a few checkout and payment issues. There has been several occasions when I would get 'something went wrong' message when trying to pay for an item, either through PayPal or direct debit. Sometimes the app would even crash on the loading screen after clicking pay and leave me worried that payment has been taken and no order placed. If I really wanted to buy a particular item I would have to do it on my laptop which is far more reliable.

I am so loyal to New Look but this app is absolutely AWFUL! It crashes immediately if you try to open the basket, delete anything or go back from looking at anything. It makes it almost impossible to actually buy anything, not allowing you to pay with bank details or PayPal etc without crashing and even sometimes emptying your basket. Whoever the developer is please sort it out!! I tend to attempt to do mass Christmas orders but at the last two Xmas have been impossible!
