When I first started using this service mid 2019 customer service was much better, but currently, it's like dealing with a unresponsive app. The in app messages are never responded to, the order takes more than an hour for a 30 minutes estimated time, to be honest, it's ridiculous to be running a business in this manner. I am going back to Afridelivery. Good bye.

If I could give zero stars I would. This app is rather unreliable. Placed my order successfully after paying via mobile money. Then all went haywire. Couldn't track my order, messages went unanswered and suddenly after an hour I could track that my delivery guy was on the way TO the restaurant. Got my food no less than 1 hours and 40 minutes from the time I placed the order. The rider unaware of just how late he was and nonchalantly replied that perhaps the system was down. I have had better.

You're better off walking to the restaurant, picking your food, and walking back than using this app. I ordered food, got a call from the restaurant really quickly, but then the rider never called. I waited two whole hours for fast food, called the app listed rider to get some excuse of my phone being off, then 40 minutes later got my order from a different rider. Horrible experience, would not recommend.
