I had a frustrating experience using this app’s cart/checkout screen. The total amount (“To Pay”) is visible, but the option to proceed or select payment is positioned below the screen and cannot be accessed. There’s no way to scroll down or adjust the view, which makes it impossible to complete the purchase. To make things worse, I couldn’t even upload a screenshot to the Play Store review to show the issue, which makes it harder to properly explain the problem.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue was related to UI compatibility changes on newer Android versions and certain devices, which affected the payment section visibility. When I first started using this service mid 2019 customer service was much better, but currently, it's like dealing with a unresponsive app. The in app messages are never responded to, the order takes more than an hour for a 30 minutes estimated time, to be honest, it's ridiculous to be running a business in this manner. I am going back to Afridelivery. Good bye.

You're better off walking to the restaurant, picking your food, and walking back than using this app. I ordered food, got a call from the restaurant really quickly, but then the rider never called. I waited two whole hours for fast food, called the app listed rider to get some excuse of my phone being off, then 40 minutes later got my order from a different rider. Horrible experience, would not recommend.
