To expensive for video call..you should know how to make customers retention. Make the token a bit cheaper. the customer service is so sick. Report to them GrabPay method is problem.. saying that my connection is the problem, send to them the prove my connection speed is 200mbs but asking a video that validated my test speed.. stupid.. your side is problem the server that connects to grab is problem lahh

I hate this app with passion, they ate my money and didn't credit my coins, scammers and theives, 440 coins at 6000# gone like that.. they said there's nothing they can do about it even after sending my evidence of payment Edit: This has been rectified and I received the coins
