I always reported fake gender even I follow the rules and regulations! this app doesn't follow the complains of the girls. this is not good for someone who wanted to use it for goods !!

My friend lost access to her Host Client account after her phone was stolen. She still remembers her username and is willing to verify her identity through documents or a video call if needed. Unfortunately, she no longer remembers the email linked to the account. We have also been unable to reach support through the available email addresses. Please advise on how she can recover her account.
