To expensive for video call..you should know how to make customers retention. Make the token a bit cheaper. the customer service is so sick. Report to them GrabPay method is problem.. saying that my connection is the problem, send to them the prove my connection speed is 200mbs but asking a video that validated my test speed.. stupid.. your side is problem the server that connects to grab is problem lahh

Been using this app for awhile now the parentage given to the host is so little app takes total everything and give the host 10% out of 100% that's totally unacceptable... do the needful 50/50% be better for usage due to how expensive the app is ... am here to add more terrible reviews about tigo app... my account was deleted by the app and I couldn't retrieve it this app deletes people's accounts with your money inside

in the start this app is good my first withdrawal is so smooth and then now my second withdrawal is not coming to mg gcash and then 2X rejected,and deduct my gems a 100. and now the human assistant always repeats what she said to me. improve your app!
