Official safety app of the Government of Tijuana.

The Emergency Button application allows residents and visitors in Tijuana to quickly request assistance from local authorities.

If you find yourself in an emergency situation or need help, simply press the Emergency Button in the application.

How it works:

1. Press the Emergency Button.
2. The alert is sent to the monitoring center.
3. An operator may contact you to confirm the situation.
4. A Municipal Police unit may be dispatched to your location.
5. The incident is registered in the 911 system.

The application is designed to help quickly connect the community with emergency services in Tijuana.
